This hotel is a hidden gem in Goa. the value for money is incredible. With reasonable prices for beer and wine, it's easy to indulge in some relaxation. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms is impressive. From the large sea view rooms to the beautifully decorated interiors, every aspect enhances the stay. Lastly, the location is ideal for beach lovers. Situated close to both Anjuna and Ashvem Beach, guests can enjoy the best of both worlds - a quiet beach and a vibrant tourist area.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is located in a great tourist area, very close to the beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate guests, even delivering a birthday cake with lit candles to a guest's room until midnight. the ocean view and tropical palm trees from the 3rd floor are incredible.

Some rooms lacked the convenience of a mini-bar or fridge, which would have been useful.

I had a good stay at this hotel! The staff was helpful; they even arranged for me and my family to stay in adjoining rooms which was convenient. This hotel is in a predominantly tourist area and very close to the beach, so it was really easy to access Anjuna beach. The hotel facilities were great; the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

The staff are highly attentive and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, such as delivering a surprise birthday cake with lit candles to our room. Additionally, the location is perfect for beach lovers, as it is very close to Ashvem beach and within walking distance to a number of restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located in a tourist area, close to restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel staff was attentive and delivered an excellent service.

The hotel needs to improve the finishing details of the rooms, such as the proper sealing for the sink unit in the ensuite bathroom and the correct placement of the TV and A/C. Finally, the level of vehicular noise can be quite noticeable, which can be challenging for those who have trouble sleeping.

The hotel had a great location and was easy to find. the staff were accommodating and friendly, making the stay very pleasant. the bed was comfortable and the rooms were generally clean. the hotel was walking distance to some nice restaurants and close by to other beaches.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and sheets could have been improved, but it was still manageable. It would have been nice to have a mini-bar in the room.
